Sorry I haven't posted lately. It was getting very frustrating not know anything and USCIS taking 2 months longer than they should have! But,.....we leave May 29th to pick Zech up in Hong Kong. Can't wait!!! Thanks for all the prayers. Rhonda
Well, today is Zech's 4th birthday. Sure wish he was home for it, but I hope someone made him feel special today!! I think it's crazy how I miss and Love someone so much and haven't even got to hold him yet! Well, once again I'm waiting, but we are always a day closer! Happy birthday Zech, Love you! Mommy!
I just found out that authorization and HCO have been granted by HK!!! Yeah! Now a copy of the HCO will be sent to USCIS and our I-600 will be approved, then we travel!! Won't be long now! I'm kinda thinking 2-3 weeks! Megan and Macey are still waiting for their Passports, hopefully they will come in time! Keep praying for a smooth transition when we do get Zech home. I'm starting to get a little nervous! You keep reading adoption stories, and some of them haven't turned out too well. I know God is in control though. All things should work out!!
Hey, just got an update on Zech! He has started wearing glasses(they are a little big)! He is so cute!! They have started showing him our pics and video to get him use to us. Here is one of the pics!
I could just squeeze him! He looks a lot bigger, but it might be the 5 layers of clothes he has on!
Well, I had an adoption shower Thursday night. It was so much fun! My daughters had it decorated with Chinese decor and also provided some Chinese food. There were several of my friends and family that showed up, the presents were just spectacular! People are too kind! It's Feb. now, hopefully we'll be travelling this month!!!
